What we can offer

Architecture & Research
Project Management
Participatory Planning & Design

We collaborate with individuals, local authorities, public institutions and research organizations to explore architectural and urban challenges, develop innovative design concepts and transform spatial ideas into meaningful interventions.

We understand space not as a static composition, but as a continuous process of becoming. Every place carries traces of its past, reflects the contradictions of its present and accommodates the possibilities of its future. Designing means engaging with these multiple layers, revealing hidden relationships and introducing new ones without erasing what already exists.

Research is inseparable from this process. It allows us to question established conventions, challenge dominant spatial narratives and explore the complex relationships between architecture, society, culture and the environment. Rather than seeking universal solutions, we investigate the particularities of each place and the experiences of those who inhabit it.

Our approach moves between theory and practice, observation and experimentation, the material and the intangible. From the scale of an architectural object to that of the urban landscape, we explore how spatial interventions can generate new forms of interaction, participation and belonging.

We advocate for an architecture that is open rather than prescriptive, inclusive rather than exclusive, transformative rather than merely representative. An architecture that recognizes beauty not simply as a visual quality, but as an experience embedded in everyday life.

Above all, we believe in the right to enjoy space. To inhabit it, to question it, to reinterpret it, to make it one's own.

Beyond functionality, efficiency and formal expression, architecture holds the potential to enrich everyday life. To stimulate the senses, encourage encounters, provoke curiosity and create opportunities for appropriation, discovery and play. To transform ordinary spaces into places of collective experience and individual expression.

Because architecture is not only about shaping the spaces in which we live. It is about expanding the possibilities of living.

Architecture is a matter of enjoyment.

It begins long before the act of building and continues long after its completion. It exists in the relationship between people and space, in the everyday rituals of inhabitation, in the unexpected encounters, the memories, the desires and the experiences that give meaning to a place.

Every project begins with an idea. Its development requires a coherent structure, a clear understanding of its components and the ability to bring different elements together into a meaningful whole. At INIS STUDIO, we approach project management through the principles of architectural thinking. Much like the design of a building or an urban space, a project is understood as a construction: a complex system of interconnected activities, resources, people and objectives, organized around a central concept.

This approach allows us to move beyond the coordination of individual tasks and focus on the relationships that give a project its coherence. Each component has its own purpose, while contributing to a broader structure that must remain consistent, functional and adaptable.

From the initial concept and strategic planning to implementation, monitoring and evaluation, we combine systematic organization with creative thinking. Particular attention is given to interdisciplinary collaboration, the integration of different perspectives and the capacity to respond to emerging challenges without losing sight of the original vision.

We see project management as a process of structuring ideas, connecting people and transforming intentions into tangible results. A process in which architectural thinking provides not only a method of organization, but also a way of understanding how the parts contribute to the whole.

We support municipalities, public institutions, research organizations and international partnerships in developing, coordinating and implementing complex projects, with particular expertise in European funding programmes and interdisciplinary cooperation.

Space is not merely a physical setting for human activities. It is continuously shaped and redefined through everyday practices, social interactions, collective memories and individual experiences. Understanding these relationships requires moving beyond conventional design processes and recognizing the people who inhabit a place as active contributors to its transformation.

At INIS STUDIO, we approach participation as an integral part of spatial design rather than a supplementary consultation process. Through dialogue, observation, workshops and collaborative experimentation, we bring together different perspectives, experiences and forms of knowledge. The objective is not necessarily to achieve consensus, but to reveal shared aspirations, negotiate differences and explore possibilities that might otherwise remain undiscovered.

Participatory design is not about transferring the responsibility of design, but about expanding its possibilities. Architectural thinking provides the framework through which diverse contributions can be interpreted, connected and translated into coherent spatial proposals. In this process, design becomes both a means of collective exploration and an instrument of social engagement, creating places that people can recognize, appropriate and enjoy.

We collaborate with municipalities, public institutions, research organizations and communities to develop participatory processes that connect local knowledge with architectural and urban design expertise.
